Chris and Shelly were just wonderful to work with. They showed us many different types of properties, from major renovation to completely done/move in ready. They made this process completely seamless and easy. Responsive is another amazing quality. I called Shelly one day with several addresses to see, and we had appointments that day. Shelly added one additional property that she had previously viewed, and her recommendation was the home we bought. With Shelly being a local native and Chris being in FL most of his life, their knowledge of the area is spot on. With today's technology, and their knowledge of it, we were able to make our offer on our new home from beautiful Sarasota Bay on our boat without interruption to our day. On top of all else, they want to be sure you are truly happy with the new place you are going to call home. I couldn't imagine working with any other real estate professionals. Looked for an extended period with another Realtor when we decided to switch to Chis and Shelly and in less than 2 weeks we were under contract because of their expertise and willingness to work for their buyers and not with them if that makes sense.
